A simple, daily place to return to God. For people who still believe but feel far from prayer.
The day starts fast and ends tired. One thing after another. And when you finally think about praying, it feels awkward. Empty. So you put it off again.
Not because you do not care. Because you are carrying a lot.
The longer you stay distant, the heavier it feels.
But you have not gone too far. God has not moved. He is waiting for you now. In this day. With what you are carrying.
Begin again todayOne short morning prayer for five days. Simple enough to follow. Honest enough to feel real. For people returning to God after time away, or for those who have simply been going through the motions.
"You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you."
St. Augustine · Confessions
"For me, prayer is a surge of the heart; it is a simple look turned toward heaven."
St. Thérèse of Lisieux · Story of a Soul
"Have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage when considering your imperfections, but always rise up with fresh courage."
St. Francis de Sales
Prayer felt like something I used to know how to do.

I am a Catholic who spent years barely praying. Showing up at Mass, still believing, but never finding my way back to an actual prayer life. Not for lack of wanting to. I just did not know how to begin without feeling like I had to explain myself to God first.
Theology degree. Chaplaincy in France and the States. Ten years making Catholic content. But this is the most personal thing I have built. Smaller, more honest, more pastoral.
